It seems that I have not communicated clearly about our Native American project this week. I am so so sorry for all the confusion! I hope this will help clarify a few things :o)
I sent home the directions on Friday so that y'all would have the weekend to gather materials/research if you wanted to. The written portion of the project is to be completed 100% at school. I know that there is SO MUCH going on right now and I don't want to add another thing to your list. The visual portion (dwelling, triptych, buffalo hunt, diorama) can be worked on at home but doesn't have to be. The kiddos will have class time on Thursday and Friday to get it done. Ideally we would like to be finished by Friday-but we've extended it to Monday just in case. Right now most of the students are working on their final drafts of the research portion.
I hope that clears up any confusion.
We don't have any math homework tonight since the kiddos have been working SO HARD! Maybe we won't have any tomorrow...you never know :o)

I also heard that the calendar on my website wasn't showing up. I've changed the setting so that it should be up there now. Let me know if you still can't see it!
